Meet Our Staff

Evelyn Contreras

Office Administrator

Evelyn, who is fluent in Spanish, is our Office Administrator in charge of Probate matters. She was born and raised in the Houston area. After living in the San Diego, she recently returned home so she could be closer to her family. She has two dogs and loves to take them to play at local dog parks. She also enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and loves it when she gets the opportunity for a good nap. She is hilariously funny and charms us with her good humor.

 

Marla Morris

Legal Assistant

Marla is our Legal Assistant who handles all things probate. She grew up in League City, Texas and is a graduate of Clear Creek High School and Abilene Christian University. She is married to Josh Morris and they have two children, Kate and Noah. When she’s not at work you will find her out for a run or reading a book with a cup of good coffee in hand.

 

Noelle Warner

Texas Realtor

Noelle Warner graduated from University of Arizona and just recently obtained her Residential Real Estate License. She assists the law team with probate-related real estate questions and issues. She is married with two teen boys, loves fashion, wine, live music and concerts. Her free time is often spent with a glass of wine on the back patio listening to music and visiting with family and friends.

 

Kristie Brule

Elder Care Liaison

Kristie has been with the Law Office of Carrie Kemper Allen since 2014. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a BS in Geology and worked in oil and gas for many years. After living in Tennessee and Indiana, parenting her then small children, she decided to come back home to Texas. Kristie has a set of twins, Cate and Noah, 2 dogs and a cat. Kristie enjoys the outdoors, traveling and live music. Kristie is the liaison between Guardian, medical professionals, and caregiving staff.
